As far as the kick is concerned, it is the most important aspect of the entire Breaststroke stroke. So, we’re doing some testing, a couple years ago, we figured out that there was up to 80% of the entire stroke’s propulsion comes from the kick itself. So you can really have like a not so great press or pull, but have a really great Breaststroke because your kick is really doing most of the work for you. So, 80% of the entire stroke can come from the kick itself. So, pretty much. If you have a good kick, you’re going to be a good Breaststroker. It’s the main determinant on who is good and bad, Breaststroker.
