Arm/Leg Timing of BR (Part II)

So I really like this picture on the right side, because you can see that this kid is very high up out of the water, his hands are scooped into his stomach, and his knees his legs like there’s a little bit of event but there’s not a whole lot going on, so he’s already completed the pull part of his Breaststroke stroke, and then from there, he’s now going to start bending his legs as he’s recovering the hands forward, so he’s essentially bringing the heels up during the recovery. On the heels don’t come up during the pull itself, the legs just kind of hang out.
