How Do I Choose the RIGHT Technique?

 I lean more towards saying that a distance per stroke stroke is a better option, because this is a stroke where you’re maximizing your time in your glide. And hopefully, you want a nice motor that shoots you forward, which would be your kick into the glide, if you don’t have a great kick and you don’t really like hypoxic work, you don’t really like spending time without getting oxygen, then I would err more on the fast recovery Breaststroke. So if after recovery breaststroke is more for people that are not necessarily like natural Breaststrokers, but they’re super powerful in the water and they can create speed by using their body more your distance recovery, distance per stroke stroke is more for people that have a really natural breaststroke kick, and they can lunge themselves forward in the water very well.
