As I said before, you don’t want to drop your elbow in any of the pulling patterns. So, in this video analysis that we have coming up, you’ll see that there are a lot of different types of pulling patterns. The one thing that all these things have in common is that you don’t want the elbow to go first. So, if you’re pulling with a straight arm, you still want to move the lower arm first. You’re pulling with the hybrid still gonna move the lower arm first and if you’re pulling with the high elbow, once again, the lower arm should be pulling first.
