That’s like kind of a gray area Breaststroke and FINA – have had an interesting relationship. There’s so many variations in Breaststroke and there’s also been a ton of rules broken in Breaststroke that have been either adjusted after the fact or said no to that people aren’t really sure that it’s regulated, but it’s not something people are getting dq’d for it either. It’s just something to keep in mind depending on the level of your swimmers. You may not want to be teaching that to kids under the age of 14 that’s more for like an elite swimmer, someone who finishes with their kick down below their body line. How do you get them to kind of engage through that up kick in through the hamstrings to have a more aggressive knee bend?
