It’s basically in that single frame that you see of Nathan on slide 20. You can see that his hip is not moving, and that’s because he uses more of a flatter stroke, and the funny part about this is, this video from Speedo is he’s doing a catch-up stroke. So, catch-up stroke should put you in a more rotated angle than what he does normally, but because he doesn’t use a lot of rotation in the stroke and he’s doing catch-up it’s even less rotation than what you would see.
